No — if you neither have the receipt nor the EkoWarranty card.
We need them for two things:
- So we can verify that you have purchased your Ekogadget from an authorized dealer.
- So we can check if you're still covered by the warranty coverage period.
Will you still be eligible for repairs and servicing?
Yes. Standard parts and service charges will apply.
