If you can't open your ekogadget because of too many wrong pattern attempts or simply forgetting your password, we need to reset your ekogadget.
For situations like this, pressing both volume down and power button will not work. There will be no usual menu option when you did this.
You have to give us your ekogadget so we can reset it manually. We'll give back your ekogadget for a maximum of 2 weeks then we'll deliver your gadgets to your preferred pick up address.
